Site Supervisor – High-End Duplex Townhouses in Melbourne's South East

Base salary: $115k - $125k + Super + Ford Ranger (or Hilux) Ute + phone + fuel card
Bonus potential: $5k - $12k per year based on your performance
Manageable workload: Oversee a maximum of 4 sites at a time (no more than 8 individual homes under construction, at one time)

The Company
This specialist builder delivers around 120 townhouses each year across Melbourne, partnering with with a mix of local and international developers in addition to building their own projects, they have a strong pipeline of upcoming building projects, from a range of clients. The company is now expanding into the higher-end market, focusing on dual-occupancy townhouse developments with top-tier finishes - these are their own development sites. With plans to grow to 200 homes over the next 3 years, the future is bright for this established builder.
This Role
As the company shifts into more premium builds, they’re seeking a Site Supervisor with the experience and attention to detail needed for high-end, double-story townhouses/dual-occupancy homes. You’ll be leading projects that are a step above the volume building space, allowing you to showcase your craftsmanship, eye for detail and take pride in delivering quality homes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth project delivery by following established processes and timelines
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials to keep everything on track
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
- Uphold quality and safety standards at all stages of the build
- Communicate with clients and ensure their expectations are met, especially on bespoke finishes
Are you the right fit?
- You have experience in residential home building, particularly with high-end finishes and double-story townhouses/dual occupancy homes
- You know what it takes to deliver premium homes with meticulous attention to detail
- Ideally, you have a carpentry trade qualification and are comfortable working on higher-end homes, including Knock Down Rebuild projects
- Given the nature of these homes - a good understanding of partitioned fire wall regulations is important
- You’re a proactive and positive individual who’s eager to grow and improve in a supportive team environment
